Giveaway T&Cs

These terms apply to every RetroReborn giveaway. The details of the giveaway currently running are in the box below; everything else applies to all of them.

How to enter	Instagram (@retroreborn.uk): follow @retroreborn.uk, like the giveaway post and tag 2 friends in a comment on it. Facebook (RetroReborn page): follow the RetroReborn page, like the giveaway post and comment your UK shoe size on it. TikTok (@retroreborn.uk): follow @retroreborn.uk, like the giveaway post and comment your UK shoe size on it. X (@retroreborn_uk): follow @retroreborn_uk, repost the giveaway post and reply to it with your UK shoe size.
Entries	One entry per person per platform. You can enter on more than one platform, and each platform you enter on counts once.

Who can enter

UK residents aged 18 or over.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary and buying from us does not improve your chances.
RetroReborn staff, their families and anyone involved in running the giveaway cannot enter.
Entries must be made from a genuine personal account. Entries from fake, duplicate or bot accounts, or made in bulk or by automated means, will be removed.

Valid entries

You must complete every entry step for the platform you enter on before the closing time. Late or incomplete entries do not count.
Extra comments, extra tags or extra accounts do not earn extra entries: it is one entry per person per platform.
We are not responsible for entries that are lost, hidden or deleted by a platform, or for technical problems that stop an entry being made.

The draw

After the giveaway closes, we put every valid entry from every platform into one list and pick one winner at random using a random number generator. The draw is recorded.
We check that the winner meets these terms before confirming them. If they don't, we draw again.

Contacting the winner

We contact the winner only by direct message from the account they entered on (@retroreborn.uk, the RetroReborn Facebook page or @retroreborn_uk). We will also announce the winner's username on our social accounts.
We will never ask you for card or bank details, a password or a payment to claim a prize. Anyone who does is not us; please report them.
The winner must reply within 72 hours of our message and confirm they are a UK resident aged 18+. If they don't, we will draw a new winner.

The prize

Prizes are as described for the giveaway above. Gift card prizes are sent by email and can be spent on any pairs at retroreborn.uk, across one or more orders.
There is no cash alternative, and prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Normal shop terms, including our delivery and returns policies, apply to anything bought with a prize.

Your details

We only use winners' details to check eligibility, deliver the prize and announce the result. We don't add entrants to any mailing list because they entered.

Other

These giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or X. By entering you release those platforms from any responsibility.
We may change, suspend or cancel a giveaway if something outside our control stops it running fairly. If we do, we will say so on our social accounts.
Our decision on all matters relating to a giveaway is final.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
